Actually I can understand why some folks did that; my guess is it's the voice. I dunno if it's just me, but Razor's voice does seem a little camp, if that's the right word.

It's not a new trailer. It's clips from the upcoming "Free to Play" movie by Valve. I saw the movie live at TI3 and every now and then they would show a bit of gameplay and then it would transform to the SFM of the characters doing the actions. (What's in your video + more.) The scenes aren't very long though. 10-15 seconds max at certain parts of the movie.
So you might have to wait a few months for the movie to come out. The movie is fantastic.
