Still, my money's on the nature of Slark's friendly lines being interpreted as "flirtatious" by members of the community or something, giving fuel to the shippers. It's not like they're quality laning-partners, since they're both AGI and carryish, and as I assume we can all agree, two carries competing for farm does not a good lane/relationship make.
It's because they're both fish people and slark is small, therefor cute (tumblr logic).
I don't really care for or like pairings too much, but the whole naga/slark thing seems pretty tame and cute.

How does that matter as a support?
Even then it's still easy to last hit with her animation unless someone is constantly denying against you (which means your lane support sucks if you're playing carry Naga).

if it is then her base armor is something like 2.94 + 3 from 21 agi (21 / 7)
If it weren't for her mana pool id say she's probably a bit too much on the strong side as a support
So much utility (with bkb piercing, too) while also having the potential to become decently tanky by support standards
Definitely want to see that free rosh shit get taken out anyhow
