I don't think they are or should be actively "banned", but players tend to go by gentlemen's rules. If a team acted cheap all the time, it would have negative impact on them, possibly even have tournaments refuse these teams.

best way to do fov and camera positioning is to zoom way the fuck in and move way the fuck back and it magically makes everything look nice
