Yes.
Which is why to perform that kind of strategy normally you should probably get an ally to build Force Staff and push you. It's like being pushed on the swings with a friend, only the swings are made of ice and death and your friend is a purple gnome with goggles or an old guy on a horse.

I was confused too; it's not a standard item at all, and I probably woulda used the money to buy a Force Staff and then a coupla Wards.
why do you need wards if you just get armlet on everyone? if u get ganked u can just toggle and walk away u dont need wards
How effective is armlet toggling?
Very. There is no reason you shouldn't do it.
Make sure you time it between projectiles or DoT ticks and you're good to go

Not if they have stuns/disables, something that does 475+ dmg, or if they burst you down before the 4 second cooldown.

2 seconds. Armlet is awesome, I've built one on Witch Doctor before for awesome Death Wards as it doesn't interrupt Death Ward. :v:

Combine with MoM for even more firehands. Your hands burn so bright enemy might as well sit in their fountain due to your awesomeness.
