Any competent hard carry will annihilate Ursa late game, but of course Ursa is unimaginably powerful early and mid.

Ursa lategame forces you to wreck him first, otherwise he's going to lay the smackdown on your team 1 by 1.

He will blow up incredibly fast if he's facing up against a farmed Anti-Mage, Morphling, Phantom Lancer, Faceless, Phantom Assassin, Spectre, Medusa, Outworld Devourer, and do you get my point yet?
He's not a very hard carry.

Why would your carry ignore the enemy's carry? This makes no sense.
You guys have to realize he can't get six slotted normally because of the items he has to get in order to not be kited, which most other hard carries don't have to deal with. Blink/Shadow Blade and Vlad's, while cool items, don't go late game.

But ursa can wreck any other carry that needs to man fight him 1v1 in melee. except faceless, but fuck faceless. AM is really squishy, even with a heart and PA needs to hit the rng or she's fucked. You have to realize that basically any other carry or even semi carry can kill anyone easily, it's just a matter of who has the most luck with rng and who's the fastest with manually using the super basher.

theres only a .1 second cd when turning it on again, but theres a 2 second cd if you want to turn it back off
