and everyone
if you save the charges, its like a free mini mek/arcanes for yourself, its great on low mana/low health heroes, and basically everyone
if nothing else, it makes your enemies waste more time killing you, allowing your team to have some breathing room
just realized this is the media thread
I buy magic stick because it's always nice to have a panic button
This can be replaced with bottle if I need to
I hope it doesn't throw items at you
that'd get pretty messy with a rapier

The courier looks cute.
Stick is the only item that I would consider useful on every single hero in the game. You can and should skip getting the wand upgrade where possible but the power of that burst heal (especially at a stage in the game where healing abilities and items like Mek aren't really around) is incalculable. You should only skip it under exceptional circumstances (e.g. a lane of literal freefarm).
I almost always grab Stick; most of the time I build it into Wand for the extra Charges and make use of Branches if I have any.

Drum.

You would get drum on Medusa?

or Tinker
Drum.
Drum kicks ass but it's not useful on every hero in the game. If you're an ultra-hard carry who's going to be doing nothing but farming for 30-40, drum doesn't offer you anything at all. It's just a waste of a slot and money that you'll probably sell to make room for your actual late game items before you get any use out of it.
Drum seems to work out alright on Crystal Maiden, since she's a support; even if there are multiple Bongos, extra instances of Juju Speed don't really hurt, and the extra stats aren't bad either.

I like that one game where your only belonging is (presumably) a pair of Sentry Wards. I'd like to imagine you simply lost it that game, turned your back to your team and took in those two Sentry Wards as your only real friends, having pleasant conversations with them for the final few moments before your Ancient is destroyed and your inevitable end comes.

Yep; that's how handy that thing is; usually I build the Janggo whenever my build calls for a Bracer, and it's well worth the gold, especially since it helps counteracts the movespeed disadvantage caused by Rylai's thunder-thighs.
Also, I see you pick Ghost Scepter often with Rylai; I tried that in my most recent game, and it seemed to work well. Doesn't provide as much stat bonus as the Janggo, but the Ghost Form can be great if you're being whaled on by autoattacks, though woe betide you if the enemy's bringing magical burst like Dagon or Laguna or Finger.
One last thing before we get back on topic; even though CM's an INT hero, I've been wondering about Blade Mail on her, since it gives +10 INT and in a teamfight one could expect to be whaled on because of your ult and disabling power, so one of the things I've been considering is a build wherein I pop the Blade Mail before I ult. I've yet to test it out, though I usually get Force Staff on CM after the Tranquils (Wards are usually priority though), and turns out that Blade Mail gives the same INT bonus as Force Staff but costs 50 less gold, with the health regen and almighty push swapped out for extra armour and damage output alongside the triggered "thorns" effect.
So should I consider Blade Mail first if I'm being targeted often, or play it safe by sticking with Force Staff as the fourth item? Probably wouldn't have all-around gold for both in an average match, and if I had the gold for both as well as wards we'd certainly be at an advantage already if that gold came from winning the teamfights.

Problem with going Blade Mail on heroes with low hp is that the damage output might be relatively small, which inturn makes it not so scary to attack you.
It's often better to go ghost scepter if you want to escape physical attacks imo.

I need to support more; same wins as your screenshot but more games and many more losses

Plus the armor also scales with your HP
Plus it's reduced by the 25% innate magic res and common pickups like BKB, hood/pipe
Plus if you're getting focused you'll spread the damage across the enemy team, making it more managable for an individual and even more important you could deal so much damage during the activation that the Blade Mail actually scares people.
I'd rather go for survivability than try to go out with a bang.
Plus getting a team fight started on your terms by forcing a squishy enemy right into your team (that promptly mobs them) is pretty fun and panic-inducing. Especially useful if fighting against high ground.

Is that a custom game with 5x multiplier? Because that CM sure has a lot of health.

it's probably just a custom modifier for health bar dashes to make them appear every ~50hp

Don't know if you want to be funny, but that is definitely not the game... CM doesn't get 4k HP with only treads and sny

Oh, that would be it

It's got the Doom being killed (albeit now under a different name), a Pudge named SatanX and a WR and CM on the other team.
That is the game.
