it's horribly inefficient and laughably easy to counter
if you have to go ancient with medusa you shouldn't have picked medusa in the first place
It's really not inefficient, but yeah it's quite easy to counter, just that most people forget about it for the first few minutes, and by then it's a 4-5-6 stack which is quite a nice amount of cash.

Syndra is actually my favorite champion, shes kinda hard as invoker, but she tosses her balls around so there isn't that much of a challenge. More balls you use, more damage you cause.
