I dont know, that windrunner cosplayer is kinda cute and some of the other stuff she did is cool as well (love the bury me under a tree thing)

while that is a general rule for visual art, that's just a cosplay

you can't expect her to have a perfect face/body for the character, but I think she did a great job with the costume

That's almost exactly what Meepo is. The artist took some creative liberty in the genderswap, but Meepo's pretty much a furry male rat-ish thing with a blue hood, big ears, a wide grin, a gold tooth, and a shovel. Which the genderswap all has, too.
