[QUOTE=l l;40935896]There isn't a cast animation..[/QUOTE] One of the reasons why, I guess; Pudge has that short 0.3 second animated delay between pressing the button and throwing the hook, organically increasing the chance of it missing (as opposed to it being dice), whilst Rubick's animated delay is 0.1, shaving off 200 milliseconds in which someone can juke or dodge or be in the right place to not get hooked.

200 milliseconds doesn't seem like much but in a game like this it can mean a lot. That's why rubick is so cool.

I have no idea why Thomas the Tank Engine has anything to do with communication bans or Silencing, expect for the whole train thing ("all aboard the pain train"), but they might as well throw in Ringo Starr at this point.
