I don't have a video of it, but I know I've done it before while playing as Void :v:
I remember I was in my ult busy murdering his whole team then he ult'd me, which should've killed me, but I ended up living near full health.

You don't actually snot that much, it's more of running around spamming Quills on everyone.
You only use snot when you 1v1 somebody, using it otherwise only slows you down when you should be running around in fights.
Although using it once on a guy every now and then is acceptable for the slow alone, getting it stacked on 1 guy just fucks up your full potential.
