I'm not getting that, actually. The crashes to me do kinda feel like very heavy things smashing together at high speeds.

This is the kind of game i've wanted for a very long time, since a small child messing about with Lego, in fact; I want to do what little I can to assist.

Note how armour blocks are called light armour blocks. I'm going to guess there will be harder blocks in the future more fit for a large ship.

I've noticed the problem twice, and each time it was instantly after loading a world that I know I had built more into, yet forgot to save. So something funky is going on, I also noticed it was only if I hit continue last world, instead of load option.

A little thing i'm fiddling around with. I think i'll do it so that this part will be a combination of side engine and hangar, much like the Stargate ship Daedalus. That does mean i'll have to put reverse thrusters somewhere else or just have a ridiculous turn rate so I can use the rear thrusters to brake.

Still, light armor shouldn't peel away when you have 2 ships rubbing against eachother barely moving 2m/s.. I'm not dissing the destruction, I just think the Light Armor is a little too soft.

Those Radio Antenna are in a really impractical location, if the thrusters gave off heat they'd just melt away in no time.

Was just looking for spiky bits to place there, the antennae fit the bill well.
It'll probably change when i've got more of the main structure done, and I find something more suitable and aesthetically appealing to place there.

I always get jealous when I see the fighters that spawn on the easy start maps
