I was once flying around easy start 3 looking for asteroids, found 10 and marked each one with a beacon (probably missed some too!), then a bug happened so I made a video about it

I made the Nova class from star trek now, Imo the best looking star trek ship I made so far.

Well thats a first, I believe someone used a botnet on two of the nova class links I had. Because those two images were not working but everything else on my dropbox was.
Oh well, as with everything on the internet, take it down and more comes up.

Pretty sure they draw from a variety of pre-genned asteroids and place them randomly or semi-randomly into the world. I've seen duplicate asteroids in different worlds (but never in the same one). The ores are always distributed differently though.
did they fix the old ladder blocks that turned into large machine gun turrets? My nova destroyer had a series of them traveling along the ship but now it's completely trashed and I don't remember how to repair the layout with 3x3 chunks of block missing from every deck.

try just pressing 8 again. sometimes and only in se, buttons get "stuck", at least for me.

It's actually pretty damn maneuverable. And the "claws" do a good job of taking all the damage of a collision, even moving at full speed.
someone make a ship that backflips using motors whenever we get a way to apply gravity from big ships to small ships

It's funny, cause i'm better at making nice designs with small ships than large ones. 90% of the time with a large ship i start out with a specific direction, get halfway through and realize it won't work the way i want it to, and fix as much as i can, like with a carrier i made. The back became the front, and the front became the back, because i had already occupied the front with generators and gyros, so i put the cockpit in the back. I could have just turned the console around, but i wanted a bridge you could see out of, so i had to compromise. With small ships, i usually know exactly what i want to do(because of the smaller scale), and succeed in doing it. At school i like to draw up plans and then make them when i get home, and with only a little adjustments for better efficiency and armor cover it works most of the time.

Unfortunately unlike the Ball, the Bigro is about as agile as a flying wedge of cheese despite the amount of hidden thrusters I crammed into it.
I might revisit this one, to try to get some details better such as having the "shoulders" jut out more and make the claws more accurate.
Edit: Too anal retentive to wait. God that rough version was ugly. Thank god for corner blocks. Much more smooth now.

Should stick some landing gear on the front of the arms so it can grapple onto ships and pump fire into them. :v:
So after learning a bit more with the Bigro I revisited the ball. I think I improved myself a good deal over.

But redoing the entire chassis when sphere armor blocks come out is gonna be a pain in the ass.
sphere blocks won't let you make spheres larger than 2x2.

The most bullshit glitch/bug with space engineers keeps happening to me.
It has something to do with switching view fast in a small ship and doing something else very quickly like shooting a rocket in mp. (in dogfights or just peacefully flying your ship around it happens)
My computers cpu starts being used 100% and everything is freezing up, task manger doesn't respond and space engineers becomes impossible to shut off.
Only way of stopping that is a force restart of the pc, it has happened to me twice today.
Specs: i7 3770k 4.1GHz, Radeon HD 7970 3gb vram, 16gb 2133MHz ram.
Not sure how I feel about these sounds..
