Had a small mishap where I misplaced the assembly so it's door didn't line up with the refinery above it, so I deconstructed the assembly. It was the only connecting point to the refinery so I had to take that apart too before it floated off too far.

I never stacked thrusters and my ships worked kinda well.
Sadly enough I lost all of them while trying to fix my pc a few weeks back.
I think you misunderstood when I said my ships are giant fucking megastructures. When I said they're big, I'm talking about bigger-than-the-asteroids-big. So big that they fuck up the physics engine at times :v:

I once crashed one into an asteroid at high speed and due to it's sheer size it didn't stop like a cartoony brick wall hit it like most ships would, it kept going since it's mass was so critical it was impossible to stop. The entire ship was destroyed and half the asteroid was gone with it. I wish I had taken a screenshot before that corrupted the save and crashed my game.
I've been having an issue where suddenly the scaffolding of my unfinished ships will start shaking uncontrollably, making it impossible to actually create it

You're made of silly. The ship flies excellently undeployed, and if I had some clones to control all the extremities at the same time it could fly around while fully open as well.

well umm, it'd be a lot easier to locate the error if we had the logs though. just copy/paste it into [url]http://tny.cz[/url] or pastebin
I love the interior mods like crew bunks and engineering tables.
I hope in the future there's stuff you can do inside the ship without a suit on.
This game is already everything I wanted out of Spacebuild for garrysmod, if not more.
I can't wait to see what's next on the horizon.

The only thing that scares me about mods is another update coming down the pipeline that screws up block IDs and completely breaks everything I've built.
I'd much prefer rotors to act more like servos and have some kind of keyboard input such as the numpad on keyboards. (function + keys for laptops)
Would make them much more usable without having to go into each one and set values etc. (Grouping?, customizable pre-sets?)

SE doesn't use block IDs, you need to assign block files to specific positions in the menu. So it is not that bad unlike, for example, minecraft, where you needed to open block files and change it. Hopefully devs implement a system that assigns every block to a new place, because right now you have to do it manually.

I think he was just talking about the core of the game using logic between wheels and the cockpit to control them.
I would assume that it would allow control on the other side of rotors also.
Has anyone else tried creating gun turrets on capital ships using rotors, small ship cockpits, landing gear and weaponry?
