The pictures however, I believe they said those were taken with dummy astronauts standing still.
Anyone figure out how the templates for cargo ships work? It would be neat to mod in different, bigger ships.

Soo, that was what the 51 MB update contained, an April fools? Seems a bit much given that it's the usual size of updates.

Oh god, I found a booby trapped ship. I say fuck it and just decide to hit the inertial dampeners nothing happens. I turn the ship around, start accelerating and turn them off again once I'm on course in the general direction of where I think my base is. Bam, gyroscopes shot, rear thrusters shot, I'm now spinning out of control in the middle of no where and I don't know the direction of my base anymore.

It took too long to do properly though so I rushed the pic. Would be nice if we could more easily make stuff like this in creative mode.

Dedicated servers, multiplayer sectors, working turrets, working conveyors, paintable thrusters and other objects(maybe even change the color of the flame), mining drills for big ships, blueprint system, advanced AI, alien infestations, pirates, wiring, TTS, factions, glass windows, atmospherics, space hulks, derelict stations, buildable jump gates to go to distant sectors your faction or a friendly one might own, alien plants that you can discover(maybe on those space hulks, covering the walls and shit, or maybe as part of infestation) and cultivate for food/air/research/fun, maybe some gene splicing and mutating included. Some dreaming up there.
I'd like to see Ai soon, even if it is crude. Simple characters that can walk from place to place within ships and stations. Cargo ships that Go from station to station, as if they were selling resources.Resource gathering AI. Turrets that shoot back if you shoot at them.
Am I alone in naming turrets? I currently have a turret at the entrance to my base named "Fred." [editline]3rd April 2014[/editline] [I] As in I named it in the control panel fyi[/I]
