I am thinking of buying this with a friend, can you currently fight with weapons you make/wield or is that not introduced yet?

Also, those engines in the back aren't really engines, but reactor emissives!

I think I'm gonna be very pissed now when (if) symmetry will be added :v:
They said they haven't really started on multiplayer yet. The multiplayer you saw from the trailer was done over LAN.
But yeah they first need to iron out the bugs, increase the performance, replace the placeholder blocks and activate all the other features one by one.
So are there large fights or this game is more about building?

Good point about the size. Is it possible to change asteroid density or play in a map preset with fewer/no asteroids in it? Otherwise any to scale Star Destroyer is going to have perforation problems.

I remember editing that so it said "Why not become a Server Admin?" I got banned from so many CSS servers.
I've been playing a bit trying to rebuild the ships from FTL only to find it nearly impossible to do with the current building system... Doors have to be placed right in the middle of blocks and you can't make walls.... Oh well hope they fix it soon... Also you can't do anything when creating a little ship like adding doors to it and what not..
So I have encountered a glitch where the framerate randomly (really long time in between) drops fps to 4 and the skybox turns grey.
Is there any fix?
It disappeared before but now its remaining.
Nvm, restarting game fixed it.
Bought it, downloading it, can't wait to play it when I get home!

Correct me if I'm wrong. But surely they're not starting completely from scratch, since they're using the same engine from Miner Wars which did have netcode and multiplayer.
So its not like we should be waiting months.
I hope when ever mutliplayer is completed someone sets up a Facepunch server. It must be done.

I don't think months either, but also not likely we would have it in a week or 4-5. Oh well, i'm not a developer so perhaps they will surprise us with a fast MP release.
