Making utility attachments for small ships, i have to say i hate how you're arbitrarily limited to the way you can build things becauase of large and small faces on the cargo containers.

I never tried it though.

I really like all these fast updates, but I wish the devs would just hold off for a week or two, and make some big releases. What we have right now is loads of content, but none of it is very "advanced" or functional, like the turrets, and multiplayer. I wouldn't mind waiting a month or two of no updates to get working factions/improved multiplayer/3D ship building
I'd like to make controlling systems easier and faster. Like the ability to make control all the turrets at once instead of switching them all manually in the CP. Or switching around gravity generators to make a cannon that'a active when I want it to be
Being able to hotkey control groups or just individual stuff would be heavenly
But I'd really like an IFF system because I like to hunt ships using my missile turrets but when I get out to fix some damage, I end up blowing myself away by accident
also when you group similar components you should get all the relevant controls like if you group or select multiple lights, you can change the colour/brightness settings

Is there a guide that explains the conveyor system in its entirety? I'm making a ship with conveyors for the first time and I've been running into some odd problems. Also, SE seems to have updated but it refuses to launch in Steam - it says "Update Required" and I try moving it to the top of the queue, but when I do it just bumps it back down and I can't play because it gives me a "disk write error"

My google search turned up something about "flushing" the steam cache (which is done through command prompt), or something like that. It worked for me. Hope that's useful to you.
So, I've tried installing some mods, but it wont work. I've tried using the BlockInstaller and doing it manually, both didn't work. Game starts up just fine, but the mods wont show up. What gives?

What gives?[/QUOTE] the Se-Modz block installer isn't updated, you have to make sure your putting things for the mods in the cubeblocks.sbc so they actually are loaded.

is there a facepunch server? don't feel like rummaging through 292 pages to find it im looking to play this game with some cool people because playing a slow paced game like this alone gets kinda old but itd be great with a group
just look through the server browser there was one but it was having some performance issues, I don't know what the status of it is now
They need to add more ship blocks that have functions so there can be more ship designs. Like when they added the rotor there were hundreds of unique uses
