When is the maintenance today?
around 5 hours from now
Is it me, or is the RNG to get custom moves for characters on the WiiU Version really really really STUPID? I *just* got all of Ganon's and Zelda's special moves, still working on some other characters I want and I've been at it since the game launched :why:
just play trophy rush a few times with a specific character to get all their moves in no time but yeah I sort of agree with you there, the system is too grindy to be fun
It's even more annoying when you can get multiples of the same one you already own Like holy fuck, when they show "You got all of X's custom special moves!" they should trigger something that prevents the game from giving you any more custom specials for that character
I was really annoyed to find out that DLC characters have no custom moves, only after playing Smash Run with Mewtwo for 2 sodding hours. I just thought I was having super bad luck. [editline]31st August 2015[/editline] I'm never gonna bother getting all the custom moves on the Wii U version.
I'm still just two challenges away from having all challenges beaten in the 3DS version without using any golden hammers. I just need all the Smash Run Powers and all the hats. And I'm pretty sure I get my last hat by getting the last Smash Run power. Grinding for that shit is bananas.
What if it's literally just them checking the servers and nothing is patched or touched at all.
What if it's literally just them checking the servers and nothing is patched or touched at all.
don't kill my dream just yet I doubt it's a character at this point but let me dream
I'm not holding my breath for this maintenance having anything of significance honestly. I doubt any major bombshells will drop before October 3rd, especially in terms of characters. I'd like to be wrong though.
just play trophy rush a few times with a specific character to get all their moves in no time but yeah I sort of agree with you there, the system is too grindy to be fun
If I could physically assault a gameplay feature from this game because of how frustrated I am with it...well it would be Smash Tour (seriously fuck that mode, they should have just made Smash Run for the WiiU too). But Trophy Rush would be the runner up because that has somehow been the most unreliable method for me
one of my locals has a deal where they'll apparently unlock all custom moves on your smash file if you bring a setup for the tournament. might actually do this

Gosh! what the hell were they thinking with putting this piece of crap as the main attraction of the WiiU version? As if most of the single player content wasn't bad enough. Event mode was actually pretty fun with the exception of a few unfair events.
I know most of us smashers are Dedede fans, and I found this to share with you: [t]http://i.imgur.com/JVeF2CQ.png[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/6QZV4SW.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/EkssNTU.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/sTo20Tc.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/M0WQUx5.png[/t] [sp]Why did I buy this[/sp]
finally a waifu worthy of my affections

Trophy Rush would be a lot less frustrating if it didn't bombard you with explosives every 2 seconds while the physics constantly freaks out.
maintenance was nothing, I am but a fool
?
Huh, pretty cool that they were developing an arcade version of Smash. That would have been a first. [editline]1st September 2015[/editline] Kind of wish they showed the method behind how they got to that, and also showed the controller selecting a character n shit. This could have been easily faked.
The title says "Super Smash Bros. Arcade Prototype"
Ok so the first menu is: GAME DEMO Then after he clicks DEMO it shows this menu: SETUP REGULAR START WIFI START TO-TITLE TO-SELECT ENEMY-TEST PRIZE-TEST The last menu after he selects SETUP is: P1 TOONLINK P2 SHULK P3 MARIO (I think?) P4 MARIO P5 MARIO P6 MARIO P7 MARIO P8 MARIO He then scrolls through a list of characters which, besides ones already in Smash include: ROSETTA ROCKMAN RIDLEY (I think) POPO and a few unreadable ones. interesting stuff, most likely fake
The Japanese for Donkey Kong says Diddy Kong.
It also appears they spelled even that incorrectly, using the character ヂィヂィ rather than ディ ディ , as is used on the Japanese smash website (http://www.smashbros.com/jp/characters/diddy_kong.html). This one uses the character representing di then a small i, which seems pretty redundant.
Where I am getting all this from if anyone is interested. https://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/comments/3j5ok8/smash_bros_arcade_edition_leaked/
They just had to throw Ridley in there, they just had to do it.
How to instantly make your leak completely unbelievable in two easy steps 1. Put Ridley in it 2. There is no step 2, your leak is already obviously fake
Some are speculating they actually meant "Rinflet" (Robin's name in the Japan version), but they misinterpreted it as Ridley. Still, though, it's fake as someone on Reddit says using Google Translate on the title gives a perfect translation... :v:

But I am not understanding the reasoning behind a perfect translation is a red flag. Is it because of Google Translate being shit most of the time at translations?
I could be wrong, but I think authentic translations for more specific words/titles are off a little when translating languages with Google.
