So yesterday I was in a Smash 4 tournament at my college, and I managed to get to the third round as Ganondorf before getting beat by a Samus that was really good with using the grapple beam and bombs. It was the first tournament I've ever been to, so I was pretty excited. I only died once before the Samus match because I fumbled up the controls. Other highlights from the tournament include a Lucina v. Link where they hit each other at the same time with the Link dying a second before the Lucina, a Jigglypuff that managed to land two rests in a fight, and a Kirby that destroyed anyone he fought with grabs and aerials(who also went on to win the tournament against a Little Mac that accidentally used the Haymaker when he had the KO Punch). I really enjoyed it, and it made me feel more confidant in my Ganon abilities. The Samus player said that he respects any Ganon player. so that was cool too.
