It wouldn't be too hard judging by how people found Ryu and Roy previously, but they've since gotten better about being discrete and not including as many files for future characters so I wouldn't count on it. Either they are encrypting the files or they just aren't including them until the update actually hits.

There isn't actual proof that Pra_Mai is Plusle & Minun, unlike the other members of the "Forbidden Seven". Plusle and Minun are labelled in full in other parts of Brawl (specifically, trophies), and the longest character file folder name is PokeFushigisou (Ivysaur) so it's not like Prasle_Minun wouldn't fit. Combine that with Popo and Nana having separate character folders from each other (as do Zelda + Sheik, Diddy + Dixie and Toon Zelda + Toon Sheik/Tetra) and it doesn't actually add up considering they'd need separate character folders to have separate soundbanks and properties based on file conventions.
