Due to this, it kills earlier as well. Uthrow does 10% now from 7% (still a two-hit move, and can follow up somewhat at 0% against a few characters now). From Smashboards. Fuckin' sweet.

Does anybody have any tips for playing Luigi? I know he's got something going on, but since nobody ever plays him online I never get any first-hand experience of how he's supposed to be played.
