For Fire Emblem, the only three candidates I'd like to see are Sigurd mounted on a horse, Lyndis as a speedy bowman/swordsman or Hector as an axeweilder. Shiida, Mia and Micaiah would be pretty neat but I don't think an arc needs more than one representative. Corrin I'm not sure is a likely candidate if Marth, Roy, Ike and Robin return unless [sp]they make becoming a dragon a part of his/her moveset and have Yato transform as a stat swap gimmick ala Shulk[/sp].

i've heard that japan dislikes newcomers and prefers veterans or third-party fighters (pac-man and megaman are both super popular).
but then, we have k. rool as a highly requested ballot character so i don't know what to think anymore.

Both of them had +200 Attack in custom equipment.

He just countered a Rage Mode Ganon doing his Warlock punch, converting both the extra damage Ganon does in rage mode and Roy's extra damage when he attacks close by.
Could have been just some special options though.

Roy was the one in Rage Mode. Ganon was at 0% and went to 400 in one hit. That was a raw reverse Warlock Punch countered and seeing how Roy's Counter return around 1.3% (or around that, I know it's closer to Ike's than Marth's), you get that result.

Someone pointed out that they might have equipment (and maybe custom rules). But nonetheless, Ganon would have received a massive amount of damage. 70%+ maybe? Plus, rage mode extra knockback. Not a kill but hurts like hell.
ah shit I made a mistake there, now I wonder how it would have been if Ganon was in rage too.
Every time I die at 60 to a Roy F-smash a tiny voice at the back of my mind tells me that its probably time to make the switch.

I think Shiida would be the best pick for a unique Fire Emblem character. If any continuity deserves more than one representative, it's Archanea. She's appeared as a main character in 4 games.
