Actually we were thinking about this as well, we already started on some rival PMC company scheme. Logo already finished, some weapons are in the works and close to be finished as well. But it is not done by far since we put our effort into ITEKI first.
I did a quick mock-up to demonstrate what my corporation's weapons would be like.

A general dark theme with crimson red on all weapons. Company name and logo is still WIP.
We were thinking of some high quality noble look, as in the other PMC company is smaller but provides higher quality less quantity protection. This image is fairly old image now and the p90 looks different now. We probably going for a darker look as well, but not completely in contrast to ITEKI.

Made a simple paint job inspired by dev textures. I know it's very simply done but those are the kinds of skins I like the most. I'll try my best to make this look good on other weapons too. I wonder if the pricing on all that would be backwards. Or if people just wouldn't know what to do and all conditions were about the same price.
Why do the barrel, bipod and trigger turn black when it's battle-scarred?
Because the standard battered up texture that will show up the more damage your gun is and that you as a skin creator cannot change is like this.

I found that Patina gives you a little bit more control over this, namely the colouration though.
