This is the pinnacle of unoriginal design, infact it'd be considered stolen work.
Go open photoshop or whatever program you use and actually make something that is interesting and decently designed and isn't 'HURR RAMDUM HUMOR XDDD'.
Maybe then you'll get a chance of getting something in CS:GO.

How do I restrict the paint job to certain areas? I just want to affect the glock slide and I have the slide uv space colored full white in the alpha.
That doesn't seem to do it though.

Use the alpha channel only in spaces you don't won't the texture/color affected. Make the slide white, then leave the other spaces with the default.

World flags won't be accepted unfortunately. But if you're doing it for fun - you can't edit the scope texture as it's on a separate UV map.
