if i can max out the game with a gts 450 1gb, an intel core 2 duo 2.4ghz, throw some graphical improvement mods in there, and STILL get 45-60fps in 90% of the game, you must have some sort of intel pentium/celeron bottlenecking that 560ti.

Oh, okay. My bad! I don't have a problem with it but then again I don't worry too much about functionality. I am 25 hours in on my newest character and have not fast traveled or carriaged once. I enjoy seeing the sights and exploring the hills.

To get all ten minutes uploaded, I messed around with Windows Movie Maker to encode the raw capture (Am I using these terms correctly?), but I'm a bit disappointed with the end quality. Anyone have any helpful advice the next time I encode a video?
