Dxtory is designed to be customizable. You can just set it to scale to 720p and use maybe x264 with a light preset.

Was playing with a friend. For most of the game it was just me and him on one team versus the other three guys. We were holding the little tower in the middle of the map and we managed to do really well even when one of us died and there were like 3 guys all attacking 1.
