I still can barely run GTAIV over 20fps... it's such an immense cpu hog. I've got a 1GB Graphics card and 8GB RAM, but because I'm on an old quad core cpu (which is beyond the "recommended" specs) is runs like shit most of the time.
How do you install these texture mods on gta? I have the liberty city pack and all the tutorials i find are for car textures...

Yeah all the cutscenes look like that for some reason. Didn't have any black bars during gameplay.
I spawned on the wrong side of a barrier for a boss fight, unable to give any actual support I gave the party moral support by rocking out.

Although speaking of camera tools, I forgot that openCamera was recently released. It's an ASI mod that removes the boundaries of the video editor camera. I wasn't using that, but thanks for reminding me.

This game is terribly bugged right now, you can go through some missions without the enemy even noticing you're there because it's so damn stupid aka you can stand right in front of them and they won't shoot at you unless you shoot them first. Also for the most part, the maps and cut scenes are poorly made. But overall the game is pretty entertaining, plus it's free.
