It runs better, yes, but I don't think it actually looks as good as Metro 2033 so the optimization might be simply removing stuff.
And it's very stuttery for me even at 70-80fps.

Yes, sweetfx. I only added little bit of lumasharpen, contrast and vibrance.

1) Avoid blending. Make sure your framerates match. E.G. Recorded video is 30fps, output video is 30fps. The ghosting is your editor trying to smooth out the frame changes.
2) Pixelated a lot, what are you using to record.

Doing video in Sony vegas can be a piece of piss
1. record in 30fps with dxtory and the lagarith codec
2. import to vegas, drop and right click the video on the timeline
3. go to properties and click "disable resample"
4. encode that shit as mainconcept mp4, make the bottom two numbers 4,000,000
you got yourself a good lookin gaming video there, son
that is a really basic way and good enough for youtube
