I'm just extremely fascinated with how this looks. I swear it looks better than 5 at times. I'm using Icenhancer 2.1 but without any HD texture packs. Still very impressive stuff. For example anime games tend to have them so the games look like you're playing the show. Cel-shading refers to the way the light is shaded on the model which you can see is only very hard one or two shades of color difference. The outline is only a bonus. There are also games out there that are realisticly shaded and have outlines as well such as borderlands.
