A game called "Love" kinda had the same art style.
It was considerably less crisp and had much less detail, but it's definitely comparable.

Nexus Mod Manager.
I mean obviously most of that is ENB and SweetFX at play. I based mine off OpethFeldt's V6 config. Mine doesn't really mess with his FX files except for a replaced prepass and I customized his INI to be absolutely brutally demanding. Goes from maybe 50-60fps with his default to about 6fps.
Outside of that I guess I'd mention lush grass with my own density config, Skyrim Flora Overhaul non-summer edition, Forested Skyrim, 4k Tree LODs, and a few others off the top of my head.
It's a nasty confusing list of things.
That Topaz'd video looks so much like GW2's concept art. god that's gorgeous. You should record some games and do some more with it.
All those Simplify screenshots are awesome, Brt what settings are you using for yours? It looks absolutely stunning imo

It just finished. Encoding it now to upload. Due to the fact that this plugin is designed for stills, it doesn't look brilliant for video because it's swapping between colors a lot. If we could force it to keep like a specific number of colors in the pallet on average per... 5 seconds or something it would be much smoother.

I found the problem about bad quality! Uploaded a new updated video recorded using the capture card, much better quality due to maxing out the bitrate. Feedback please.
Keep in mind the game is very old. The game itself is fucking awesome, very brutal as well.

Damn, Far Cry 2. I don't know why I suddenly want to play it, I fucking hate that game.

No thanks, it was really just more of an experiment. I'll try messing with the settings to get a better picture.
