Which one? Years ago there was a method of changing meta data to keep the bitrate low enough to where it wouldn't be re-encoded, but everything is re-encoded when you upload it, even ripped videos off YT. So the idea there is a max supported bitrate is silly because even if there was it would be re-encoded anyways.

Whoa... I have no idea what caused this but this is the only screenshot I took with fraps and it came out like this. Game looked completely normal. I tried resizing it but it made it look different. It's trippy as fuck though.
