No clue about the orange bar but I'm guessing the smaller ones are Hunger, Thirst and Sleep. Just a guess :v:
orange bar might be 'momentum', I think deadly reflex adds something like that

Hunger, thirst, fatigue and the orange bar is encumberance.
And then there's a alcohol bar that fades out when it isn't filled, you can see it in one of the screens.
