GIFs frames are independant for the most part. Each frame loads it's own information, and hence it goes frame by frame.
The video is conventional interframe compression, where you only need a fraction of the information to start playing it and the rest is downloaded as you watch.
Wolverine and Deadpool were kinda like bffs in the comics if I remember correctly
this was my favorite part of FEAR 3

I forgot how amazing this game was, but the PC options were weird. It had a 30 fps lock on by default and there's absolutely no AA whatsoever

I don't think so? Not that I remember, but there was one on the consoles. There's a demo on [url=https://play.onlive.com/launch/trial/ghostbusters-the-video-game]OnLive[/url] apparently but that's dumb.
