Nope, MS still charges for updates to be shipped on their platforms. Free for the customer, not for the dev or publisher. They call it a "server fee" when really it's just bullshit excuse to make more money out of live.

They removed this policy shortly after the launch of the Xbox One, but it still needs Microsoft's certification.
I don't have a PS3 or Xbox so I literally cannot wait until the fall to play GTA V on PS4 (my pc is too weak for it I think)
2 questions with that:
1. Will the next-gen release include all the previously released Online updates?
2. Can I still join FAPS?
The new money glitch means I can shove around peoples cars in their own garage

I bought a Dump truck with the intent to go on a car crushing rampage in a private session.
Attempt #1: Crushed one car and it blew up, instantly taking me out and pissing all over my enthusiasm.
Attempt #2: Dump truck is spawned in the horse racing track, which appears to be absolutely inescapable in a large vehicle because it's too fucking big to fit through the damn tunnel and attempting to drive over the seemingly tiny railings just gets it stuck on top of them. Am now seriously wondering if the team in charge of GTA:O were wasted off their asses when they designed the vehicle spawns.
Attempt #3: It spawned in the fucking horse track again. Goddammit.
Attempt #4: I managed to pancake 3 cars and begin having fun until a car spontaneously explodes before I even get on top of it and instantly blows up the whole truck.
This was totally worth $1,000,000.

I don't understand why Rockstar doesn't allow us to purchase all clothing that exists in the game along with not being able to select a base model for our Online characters to be created from.

I've done the glitch but when I try to sell my car I get the "Sorry - You can only sell vehicles worth up to $50000"
Anyway around this? It let me sell the first one.

What vehicle were you trying to sell? Did you sell the original or the duped? The one you leave the garage in after the glitch is the duped one so you should be selling that. If you sold the original one instead of the dupe, you're gonna get that 50k limit.
Okay. So let me get this straight
Dupe the car in Slot 1
Replace Slot 2 car with "dupe"
Slot 2 is always the real car? If so shit, I've been doing it wrong. I always assumed the car you were in was the original. So each time I sold the original car.

I actually left my original car in my first garage. In the second one, it's nothig but duped Bullets. Sells for 120k with no special paint, custom tires or horns.

I managed to sell one for 212k, but I'm not sure how. Since the real one was nowhere nearby.
Dupe thing no longer works for Adders. I duped it perfectly, yet the "dupe" refuses to sell. The real one however will.
To recap.
Bought new Adder in Slot 1.
"Moved" it to Slot 2.
Tried to sell "Adder" in Slot 1, couldn't
Could sell Adder in Slot 2, but didn't.
I'd suggest, if you got te room, keep the original car in another garage. Keep the dupe in the 2nd garage and just keep duping that one.
Yay my life expires when there's an actual easy way to get money. I can't wait for the PC version to release now.
