Now that you mention it there could possibly be a very small resemblance, I tweaked my characters appearance so she actually looks far more attractive now.

You don't get the strip club on your map til about level 6. Does the same for both genders. Also does the same for Darts, Golf and Arm Wrestling.

I just inadvertently roleplayed with 4 dudes in police cars trying to stop me in my futo, I pulled over and they all beat me down with nightsticks.
Weird. I could swear I was able to select through which kind of armor style I wanted to wear. Did they change this? I see this new Body Armor option but it doesn't seem to function besides filling the blue bar. Made a desert camo themed character and I cant make the armor show.

Hover over the armor you wanna put on in your inventory and press X or square whatever the ps3 version is

One of the disvantages of being high-level is that people often call you no-lifer and even kick you from job lobbies.
At the least it happens to me.
I have a Rank 147 character with all the stats maxed out (except mental state, I don't like killing players for no reason).
I hang out with people in real life frequently (especially during school-season, i'm currently on vacations), it's just that I like playing the game a lot and when i'm not doing school work or doing stuff with friends, I play GTA.
My IRL friends also play GTA so it's like a win-win situation, most of them are Rank 100+ though.

Some people get really, really pissed off over special crates.
I had just been collecting bounties in a Lazer when I got the "Special Crate Drop" inbound notification, so I turned my arse around and headed straight for it, blew up a guy flying a Buzzard on the way there because he had similar plans. I did a quick pass to check for players hiding their icons before jumping out, parachuting in, busting open the crate, grabbing the loot (Beer Hat #3 yay!) and killing the NPCs guarding it.
Was just about to call my bike over when suddenly the smell of shit fills my nostrils...I looked behind me to see not one, not two, but yes, [I]three[/I] chrome Zentornos coming straight for me, I knew the odds were very much against me so I hit passive mode, climbed atop a shipping container and starting masturbating in front of them while they tried to reach me.
Now these guys were all in the same crew (G420 I think? They were stupid cunts regardless of what crew they were in) so I assumed they were in party chat or something, planning a creative and devious method to kill me. Turns out I was [I]very[/I] wrong, because after one too many poorly thrown grenades one guy accidentally destroyed his friends car, which in turn caused them to all break out into a massive fight. Seeing as they had totally forgotten about my existence and their original objective entirely I casually hopped off the container, strolled towards my bike, got on and drove off into the sunset as the sound of Miniguns, RPGs, Sticky Bombs and Assault Shotguns, shitting and crying filled the air.
It was pretty fun because as I drove off another player who was very late to the party took one look at me, one look at the fight that had broken out and just turned straight around. :v:

I've found out recently skills and levels don't really mean jack shit.
I joined a Criminal Records 1v1 with a level 167. Won every time. I'm level 36.
[sp]He was using a custom Zentorno too, whereas I was just using the stock one because I fucking hate that car's handling and all I know is that they're good for speed and have the back covered, which is what I used it for.[/sp]

Skills do mean shit.
Strength = Melee does more damage, reduces damage taken and you can climb faster.
Shooting = Reduces reload time and recoil and increases ammo capacity.
