If anything, they should've added double tap for contacts.

It doesn't help that the 360 controller has such a rubbish, vague DPad

Are you guys like spamming the up button?

a lot of the issues depend on your framerate lag. if you're in a somewhat hectic situation it could take ages for the phone to pop up sometimes making it seem like it didn't register, then hitting it again to make sure it works and when it finally loads it brings up snapmatic instead of your contact list. which is frustrating because sometimes loading snapmatic takes 10 seconds.

also on most sites a release date of december 31st usually means "this is coming out this year but we don't know when yet"

Really weird date, it'd be stupid of them to release it not only on a holiday, but right after Christmas. But R* Vancouver makes sense. After the huge praise that was recieved from MP3 it'd also be stupid of them not to put R* Vancouver in charge of it.

The 31st is a Wednesday it's probably just a placeholder.

If I want to play GTA V, I have to uninstall the update data, load the game, quit the game, install the updates and then I can finally play. Otherwise I just get a black screen.

Replaying the story and got in a taxi and told it to go to Madrazos ranch, the Taxi Driver went off road for that little shortcut near the main highway going through the city and he's been waiting to merge for the last 15 minutes.

Just saved some level 3 from 2 high ranks and helped him finish up the tutorial, now we're good friends.
