Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V2: Give Me (GTA V) PC - Games

Guys, two of my vehicles were destroyed but the insurance refuses to bring them back to me, what should I do?

I'll have to really consider that one. [editline]t[/editline] The vintage car buff in me is also taking a liking to the Tornado. Can anyone here vouch for it? I remember it being great in San Andreas.

I remember it being great in San Andreas.[/QUOTE] Tornado is pretty good. Possibly my favourite Sports Classic. It's very slow compared to other Sports Classics though.

I like the Monroe quite a bit, it's half gt40 and half miura i think. The Warrener is also a classic, but it's japanese. I quite like the Sabre aswell.

I remember it being great in San Andreas.[/QUOTE] If you want a decent all around muscle car you'll be looking at the sabre or ruiner. Buccaneer is pretty slow for what it is which is disappointing.

I still want a personal vehicle mod for GTA4 that doesn't rely on a trainer and heavy use of the numpad for everything. And even then, it just SPAWNS the car, as if you used a cheat. Like, how hard would it really be to script a mechanic that can be called with the phone, who zeroes in on your location with a copy of your selected car, gets out and walks away?

Then just significantly reduce the spawn distance. Have them appear like two blocks away occluded by a building instead of the GTA5 standard mile or so. Liberty City is much denser, and it's not that easy to get in a position where you can see perfectly in all directions, so they can afford to spawn the mechanic much closer and just have him drive around a corner to meet you. Dwayne's backup and emergency vehicles seem to do exactly this, and it works well enough unless you're on a pier or on the beach or somewhere awkward like that.

So, I was dead last in a race, and tried to cross the finish line with a bit of style, so I throw myself into a spin, but I end up missing the final checkpoint, and the race end timer runs out before I can get back to it. Oops...

Even if someone did use a trainer to beat the game, who the fuck cares? Does GTA IV's story mode really matter that much?
