And that's if you happen to be carrying like 17 rocket launchers and all sattelites just stopped working and also the cops just didn't really care.

well, there was Miami Vice, but also, it's just a really appropriate nickname for 80s Miami. it was full of vice: drinking, cocaine, excessive partying, smoking, murder, dirty work, etc.

Also if GTA world England is named after a highly prominent landmark in the same manner as Liberty or San Andreas... It'd probably be called Buckingham.

The current Jester is based on the next gen Honda NSX. The RX-7 you speak of in GTA SA is the ZR-350 and there is a 240sx in SA too, it's called the Euro and it's a bitch to find.
