I hope Rockstar does something for Halloween, I know we got a update already this month but I'd at least like to see some masks based off of things you see around Halloween.

Okay, so I want to know if anyone on Xbox would be up for a RoosterTeeth styled heist, where we plan some ridiculous way to rob a convenience store (or multiple, or some other third thing) and try to pull it off. We'll go over and decide on the plan on Skype or something similar, then we all load up in a private session try and stick to said plan. If anyone's up for it before Next Gen, I'll start planning the Heist, but I'm open to suggestions as well.
If anything we're most likely going to get new halloween themed clothing, new masks, 10 new Rockstor verified jobs, a new event with a prize for whoever wins at it, a snapmatic contest, bug fixes and they will release a new annoying bug that people will complain about it constantly till the next update.

Sad, one group having a pisstake saying [I]you took our stuff without permission[/I] awhile their pack [I]uses someone elses stuff without their permission[/I].
One day something weird happened.
All the NPC vehicles went bat-shit, they started running over other NPCs on the street and generally bumping into everything and exploding for no reason.
I actually got killed by a massive truck that failed to spawn and blew up, but when I respawned, everything had stopped and the sreets and NPCs were normal again.

considering it's a mod and free content he could just go ahead and release it anyway.
as long as he's not a douche about it and credits whoever deserves credit.

How is this anything remarkable?
I was making those kinds of packs years ago for my own use. Set a year, download cars from the period or older according to your ideas of the traffic at the time (looking at random traffic in films or TV series of the time is the best idea) and you're all set. It demands little effort, just a bit of time, but it's not a pain in the ass to do.
It would be more interesting if he used only cannon cars. Use those you can from GTA IV and GTA V, take some that look like those from GTA VC or SA and change the textures to make them "cannon", and there you go.

According to a list I've made, there are more or less 175 cars and bikes in the GTA series, from GTA III onwards, that could be from 1988 or older. It's perfectly possible to do.
