Also why can't I buy the submarine in online.

I just tried the "find vehicle" service from Lester for the first time. Wow that thing is so useless. I was expecting Lester to help me find a specific vehicle. Instead, this is just "hey I localized a car you don't give a fuck about at the other side of the map but you can only drive it for a limited amount of time. and thanks for the 100 bucks."

I noticed in the trailer, the Neon lights under the cars were casting shadows of the wheels.

Just driving around, Submarining in peace and a boatload of people turn up firing RPGs at me. I just want to submarine, go away.

Just barreling into a group of people and seeing them bounce over the car, seeing their friends stood feet away in terror and knowing the guy is either dead or crippled for life. This happens seemingly at random at least ten times a day and they live in constant fear that they are going to be next.

It never lived up to what i was expecting in the first place back in 2011~2012, i was really expecting what is now the new version.
