I don't know if it'll restrict you from changing gender, but I don't see why they would.

From what I've noticed. Traffic on the freeway seems a lot more aggressive. If you walk on it, you're pretty much guaranteed to get hit by a car.

One thing that bothers me is running with a gun out in first person. It looks like you are limping rather than running.

Yelling as loud as you can the most obscene, shock worthy, or even hivemind thing you can think of to get the satisfaction of a response whether it be a 'lol', a long winded argument, or no reaction at all but the idea of someone slightly chuckling at your post.

It's kinda sad that Rockstar would invest so much money in adding dozens of new songs to GTA V but can't be bothered to buy a new license for a couple of songs in GTA San Andreas and had them removed. How can you lack so much respect for the game that made GTA V possible?

Even PCs with integrated cards can run it on low settings at ~30fps (at subHD resolutions) now a days. You can't use a game that's over half a decade old as a benchmark anymore.
