Honestly, I'm kind of having some mixed feelings about the first person mode. It's a neat gimmick to fool around with, but it's a little too wonky for me to play through the whole story mode like that.

So, I used to play this on 360, sold my Xbox ages ago and purchased a ps4. Can anyone help me on how I get the exclusive content for returning players? [editline]18th November 2014[/editline] Shit, now I think that the exclusive content just comes with the new copy of GTA. When they said "Returning players will receive this" I assumed you'd have to do something to show you'd had the previous copy.

Considering buying on xbox one instead of ps4, ive heard i can transfer a character from ps3 to xboxone, but what about collectors edition goodies? will they get sent along with it? i want my khamelion

Finally got the game, installing it now.

Only thing I dislike at the moment is changing the radio stations in the car. I liked how it would go in slow motion and give you time to pick out your desired station. Using the touchpad to swipe along till you find it is a bit awkward in my opinion.

And now the wait for the package from Amazon begins. Followed by waiting for the damn game to install, but let's wait for it to actually get here first.

Lucky fuckers, I'm still eagerly waiting for the clock to strike 1 now (hour or so) :v: Also, is the blimp in Online now? I have no idea if you could use it in the last gen versions but I never saw one at all. Also, my FP crew join request is still pending.

Just ordered my PS4 version, super hyped.

Just got my copy through the post. Can't wait for the install to end.

I went to the store and they have PS4 copies right at the front door and I am so tempted to get one but I don't have either next-gen console and they don't sell them and it's so close to christmas anyway and i am so conflicted

Looks great but only done the first mission, first person mode taking a bit to get used to. I can't download the update though, it just says "cannot download" every time. Is this just for the online? From a bit of google searching it seems that it's probably because loads of people are trying to download that patch. Just gotta be patient. Just got into the FP crew and made it my active one. Can't wait to join you guys! Thankfully it isn't raining so now I just have to wait for the delivery man to arrive at my friends house, and then my friend to arrive at my house. (He bought it for me without me knowing until after he bought it, forgot to change the address to mine, couldn't be arsed to cancel the order and do it again) Anyone on Online know what the transfer is like exactly? Does it just sign you into Social Club, ask if you want to transfer then you can edit the character, or does it just instantly go into Online without character edit?

I just noticed that on GTA:O there's a shit ton of new hair colors and you can get weird contacts put in.

Sticking with third person, personally. I think playing first person at 30 fps is a little jarring coming from playing COD, but I actually appreciate the graphical quality in third person as you can see the character and car. First person just feels a little clunky, like ARMA. I may use it in gunfights and tdm though.

I'm probably only ever going to use first person for driving anyway.

I wanna get online but the update keeps failing to download.

Maybe late but I just got an update on the PS3 version. No idea what changed though.
