Yes you could, by either getting into a random taxi. Or buying the Taxi Company and getting special orders.
You could just switch the third person control scheme to the first person one. Then you can just press L3 to run.

You can do it 4 times a day per character. So you can get 2mil a day.
I couldn't hold out. I bought the PS4+GTA5 bundle yesterday.
I've never had that much fun in the first 10 minutes of intro-mission and just general fuckin' around.

The graphics are stunning (I had the PS3 version on release)
I only wish they'd had some sort of anti-aliasing. The edges are a bit... jagged. But the high-res textures compensate for it. The details on the characters faces is just my golly gosh amazing

I think it's safe to say there's a consumer demand. I've seen nothing but hype from people about the Oculus and to those who haven't known what it is have been always been positive when I've informed them.
Shame we probably won't get native Oculus support, but I give it a week before someone retrofits it.
