It feels like cop cars are completely missing from the regular traffic. It feels like they only spawn as more of a random encounter where they are already chasing someone, I never see idle cops anywhere except for a couple of specific places like police stations.

I don't get why they made the cops so anti-fun. I guess it's supposed to be a satirical take on LA cops but it seems like a cop-out (excuse the pun?) and just hurts the game for me.

All I want is fat cops again. They were the star of the show in IV.

Out in LS/Blaine County I've never seen a patrolling car, but LS/Blaine County actually has SAHP bikers and LSCS cruisers sat along various parts of the highway system and major roads which sorta makes up for the lack of patrolling units.

I watched some old videos of mine made with the editor in IV I really hope the editor in V is better. I want to not have dumb ass camera restrictions and not have rockstar watermarks on the rendered video. For the former just let me put the camera anywhere, it should be my fault if I'm not focusing on an area with action...

Police have homing bullets that go straight into your head and make it really unfun to actually do half the shit that has made GTA fun over the years. Hopefully like most things it can be modded in the PC version.

I just started playing IV on PC for the first time and it feels so good to be able to aim properly while in drive-bys with the mouse. Might be weird but that's one of the things I most look forward to when playing GTA V on PC. Funny story time. I foolishly started GTA IV without signing into GFWL first. After accidentally doing quite a few missions I realised I should save. I couldn't remember my Live email so I had to update my Bone (2GB). Now live needs to update, but it needs to do a restart, so it tells me to save before progressing. But I'm not signed in. So I am basically fucked here.

Well a few minutes into black friday and I've already ordered a PS4 with LBP3 and TLOU:R for £300. Now I'm just waiting for a good GTA V deal and I can join the fun :D

Why simulate the whole thing if you only need to simulate shit 100 feet around the player? I'm sure V does the same thing. I'd just rather have the editor let me place the camera where I want.

Also, I just did some research, and it looks like you shouldn't have done that... I have an Xbox One, and last night I was at my girlfriends parents house and I was playing GTAV with her brother who had never tried the online on his PS4 version yet. So I jump in to show him the ropes, try to do a Quick Job Contact Mission, only to realize there is no option in Quick Job on PS4 to do a Contact Mission. Was this literally changed yesterday for all versions, or has the PS4 always not had as many Quick Job options as Xbox One?

My controller just randomly said something along the lines of "you'd better get home if you know whats good for you" Trevor's truck doesn't even have one of the radios where you hear random chatter Did my controller just threaten me? wiki says there IS a police radio in this truck and you hear stuff if the radio was off, I've finished this game twice and I don't think I have ever heard this

If i transfer my online progress to PS3 to PS4 would i be able to transfer my PS4 progress to PC once it comes out?

They don't want console hopping at all. Iirc you can only transfer once.
