Any other PS4 players having trouble with their R2 triggers in this? Shooting is pretty inconsistent and I've noticed that I can't do burnouts anymore. Unsure if it's just my controller since I haven't had any probs in other games.
I had that problem with my PS3 controller, but my PS4 controller is fine. Probably just an issue on your end.

Well shit
No, and you can't transfer your PS3 progress to PC either.
Oh. I should of known people would of misunderstood me. I meant he couldn't transfer his PS3 progress to PC if he ALREADY transferred it to PS4.

I've had the same problem with burnouts as you. For some reason it only works if I press the right trigger in really hard. There must be something off with the analog calibration for the triggers in this game or something.
Apparently you can mod the roof on some cars to hold a variety of items, like bags. Or skis.

Just a video I took while playing. The frame rate is choppy as hell.

All of your pics are broken.
Is it worth to get a helicopter in GTA online? I read that the service is pretty annoying and far to expensive for what you actually get.
anybody wanna do some missions with me on PS4?
anybody wanna do some missions with me on PS4?
You can add me although I can't play right now, I do play on a regular basis though. "BritishCO" is my name.
anyone else still having bad connection issues? My game keeps randomly disconnecting from multiplayer for an unknown error, and then when I try to find a game with friends it says none can be found and then puts me in a game with a friend.

If you drive on the train tracks or the hilly dirt roads near them the cops will figure it out (or they probably just spawn up there...) and drive on them too
I've had cops fly over me like that on those roads. It is freaking hilarious
so if I enable movement with sniper, I can't zoom with the advanced scope?

I've never played a GTA game before, but I just bought the GTA collection from steam. I guess I'll start with III. Anything I should know before going in?

You should have gotten GTA5 instead. Personally I think that the prequels didn't age that well and are not that enjoyable anymore.
Except GTA2, it's somewhat timeless and still very enjoyable to play. It even has multiplayer and works well on every pc.
The 3D era games are fun if you've never played 4 and 5. It's hard to go back because they don't seem as 'alive' as the HD era games.
The Ps2 era of gaming was one of my favorites, so it'll probably only take me a moment to become totally immersed in them; I love retro games.

They aren't chronological, there's pretty much nothing connecting them other than easter egg cameos. To be honest the older ones don't really hold up. I would start with San Andreas but even that's not necessary, then IV/EFLC with an ENB and other ambient mods for the atmosphere, then V for improved everything.

I recently played Vice City for the first time, and that game is VERY enjoyable. The 80s Miami setting is perfect imo. Although I may be biased since I'm obsessed with Hotline Miami.
To be honest GTA4 is pretty medicore at best. I enjoyed it a lot when it came out but that was probably more related to the amazing physics engine than actual storyline or general gameplay. GTA4 just has not much to offer in terms of content, it lacks any sort of customization or side activities.
Brucy is awesome though.

I played them all this year just for trying out and I couldn't really get back into it, it just felt a bit outdate and clunky to me. Driving wasn't much fun to me but they are still great games.
The PS2/PSP Spin Offs are connected, kind of. Vice City Stories and Liberty City stories are both prequels to to Vice City and GTA3 Respectively.

GTA 3 came out in 2001, A lot of it will seam archaic. The end game of 3 gets really challenging. However, each game really improves upon the last.

I think GTA IV is great if you're just trying to drive & fight, there's just not a lot more than that though.
