They're either on other platforms or have already been connected to PSN allowing them to connect to Rockstar's servers, if PSN goes down after that it doesn't kick you out of the game.

Was fine on PS3 when i was playing hours ago.

Also does offroad tires make a difference in the snow? To me they help from spinning out as much.

I don't like the white part at the bottom. It makes your character look like they have some kind of nasty skin disease around their neck.

I wish it wasn't as floaty though, and that it didn't fucking kill the ped.

Peds generally are way too fucking fragile, you punch them and they die.

It was better in GTA IV. Why did they take out the wounded ped state?

They should have improved on it instead of fucking cutting it out.
