I was in the desert and it just instantly appeared. This guy sent me a message asking for me to spawn money for him, and when I told him I didn't use mods, he said he thought I made it snow. lol

I feel like players aren't as hostile as they used to be. If you're around somebody who's white on the map, you just have to do weird shit to show them you're not hostile. The other day I picked up some guys' car with a Cargobob while they were driving around, and all they did was ask for a ride to a store. Just now, this guy (the one that thought I made it snow) bumped into me with a minivan, and some random ped came and pulled him out of the vehicle to fight him. I shot the ped and the player got up off the ground, and we just started rolling together for a couple minutes while we lost the cops.

After my experiences with non-FAPS members over the past few days, I'm going to have to disagree with you. They're still as vicious and bloodthirsty as ever. Probably moreso now, since Christmas probably brought another influx of ten year olds.

I don't know man, I hadn't even been in a public game for months, prior to last night. I feel like people used to start shit with me a lot more back when I used to play public games, and I very rarely had any encounters with friendly players. But between today & yesterday alone, there's already been a few, and I've hardly been in any firefights too.
I've recently encountered only friendly players. I just drive up to them and honk and they get in and send me a friend request and then we just wreck shit.
Anybody here knows how to apply anti-aliasing into GTA IV? I've tried inject-fxaa, some graphics tweak mods and enb.

I was under the impression more people played on PS4 than Xbone on FP.
There's usually about 7-8 people online in the crew on PS4 at any one time.

I think some talented guys will do complete proper overhaul for snow with highly detailed textures and maybe models

It's weird that R* has snow and yet not one of the NPC's are dressed for it lol Would have been a nice touch.
I can't imagine they'd put THAT much effort into it.
