my guess is rockstar somehow fucked up so bad that there is a delay
either they decided this after telling that news site they'd give out the specs or there was some serious miscommunication and their marketing department didn't know about the delay
also holidays and all that. but if they had the specs already and were just hyping there is no excuse not to send a 50 word email
I don't honestly give a shit if they have to delay it again, I'd rather have a finished product than half assed.

Minimum Requirements for the GPU will be like a 970, the Recommended will have a Card released on the same day.

racing other people to the special crate drop is the most stressful thing ever. as soon as I picked it up, I hurried and exited the session before I got destroyed by 10 other people. my heart is still pounding
I know what you mean. I hijacked a car that had no traction, and it was a painful ride of turning and taking shortcuts while rolling around. I got the crate, but I got shot to death by the guys who spawn. :(
I don't know why I keep going after the crates, I keep telling myself I don't need the shirts and hats because I'll probably never wear them, yet I still go through hell and back to pick them up.
Special crates are kinda fun, since it's a free for all with whatever you got.
I go after them for the RP and minigun.

I don't know about anyone else, but the movie studio is one of my favourite places in the game to just go and walk around. Theres just so much stuff going on, I love it.

PC information probably hasn't been released yet because of the current holiday events going on anyways. I'd expect it in the week that the event ends which is January 5th.

Apparently Nvidia GeForce drivers now have a profile for GTA V.
well again my point was
1) they said the specs would be out at a certain week and missed that goal
2) even if it is the holidays its a fucking 50 word email you need to send out
