The SR3 one I think was for Pre-orders for a few days then everyone, or people who were lucky enough to get a key from a giveaway like me.

Yes, SR1 ended [sp]on a boat.[/sp] [sp]The main reason the Boss never liked boats and has a bad history with boats is because, in SR1, Julius set him up to destroy the Saints. Julius knew the Boss wouldn't back down therefore had to go to extreme measures (also killing Monica Hughes' husband). At the end, the boat was blown up. Everyone was assumed dead until they found the Bosses body. He ended up in a coma for 3 or 5 years or so and that's when the other gangs came in.[/sp]

Don't we all know this by the intro of Saints Row 2?

It's also interesting to note how [sp]The Boss goes after Julius for setting him up and for trying to kill him on the boat. However, he never exacts revenge on Dex for trying to get both him and Julius killed at the renovated church. Troy is an interesting story because Troy always defended the Saints whenever possible. The only reason why the Boss was alive was because Troy wouldn't let the guys at the hospital take him off life support. I wish they would go back and explain everything with Dex and Troy more clearly.[/sp]

You're dead, you had nothing to do with it and you can't go back into the open world, but you're dead. Game over, see you in the next game![/sp]
