we could talk about how [sp]all of earth just exploded[/sp]
[sp]kind of get the impression that it's gonna be a throwaway joke like an hour into the game imo[/sp]
There's taxis in Saints Row 4, I wonder if we'll be able to use them to fast travel like in SR2/
There's taxis in Saints Row 4, I wonder if we'll be able to use them to fast travel like in SR2/
wait wait you could do what in SR2?
wait wait you could do what in SR2?
You could get cabs in SR1, too.
wait wait you could do what in SR2?
you cant hail down random cabs in the street, but there are multiple cab companies that you can call and get a cab to fast travel around.
you cant hail down random cabs in the street, but there are multiple cab companies that you can call and get a cab to fast travel around.
holy shit I never knew that
it looks like the gateways to the nebuchanormandy will let you essentially fast travel, since you can choose to come back into the simulation at any one of the gates
You could get cabs in SR1, too.
My favourite phone number you could call in Saints Row 1 was Chicken Ned's. You had to find his number grafittied on random buildings and then you could use him as a homie. Look at this guy [editline]4th August 2013[/editline] 3,000th post well spent
Whats everyone's opinion on SR3? Is it well received by the community? If not, why?
I played it before SR2 so I really liked it, when I did get around to playing the second I started seeing the flaws. I really love it though, playing it in LAN with a friend is some of the most gaming fun I've ever had. Sure, it could've been a lot better, but whatever. I thought it was fun.
we could talk about how [sp]all of earth just exploded[/sp]
[sp]That's not earth. That's Alderaan[/sp]
Whats everyone's opinion on SR3? Is it well received by the community? If not, why?
Well received by fans new to the Saints Row series. Not so well received by older fans.
Whats everyone's opinion on SR3? Is it well received by the community? If not, why?
It was my favorite game of that year.
I don't get why people say that Two Best Friends are better than Game Grumps, they're kind of obnoxious and they just seem to shout everything
because matt and pat actually know things about video games and aren't obnoxious assholes like egoraptor also, watch their stuff on their main channel instead of their machinima one. They just put their lazy bare-effort shit on machinima to satisfy the fucktarded part of their fanbase.
[sp]Maybe Zinyak blew up a fake Earth[/sp]
[sp]That's not earth. That's Alderaan[/sp]
[sp]in all seriousness it will probably be something like this. "oh wait that was just that other planet, okay that's fine then"[/sp]
stop discussing anything related to TBFP that isn't in that video, please
and please use spoiler tags please
Goddammit. 47 new posts, came in here expecting the Station, all I got was an argument about 2 people who play games and film it :'c
I'm holding off any gameplay videos or news until the game comes out. I want most of the game to be a surprise to me instead of knowing whats coming. I think it will make the experience a lot better. Anybody else with me?
If they actually [sp]blew up Earth[/sp], that's just fucking stupid.
If they actually [sp]blew up Earth[/sp], that's just fucking stupid.
Considering the original plan of having Killbane nuke Stilwater was cut for being too serious, I doubt they actually did.
Considering the original plan of having Killbane nuke Stilwater was cut for being too serious, I doubt they actually did.
wasnt that thq though? same with gats 'death' scene and shaundis survivors guilt arc, wherent they cut because of thq?
Considering the original plan of having Killbane nuke Stilwater was cut for being too serious, I doubt they actually did.
Why didn't they just do that? That's way more awesome than... whatever the hell it was he was doing.
Also something I was wondering, with Deep Silver instead of THQ publishing it, do you guys think there'll still be idiotic $3 on-disk outfit DLC?
probably not
[sp]Blowing up Earth probably isnt real. Think about it. If it was,and it was canon, then there could be no SR games that take place after IV. [/sp]

Deep Silver wouldn't buy the SR franchise for 22 million if SRIV was going to be the last game Even in interviews they talked about what they wanted to do next with Saints Row and where they could go with it
