anyway they spy training and hostage rescue stuff sounds very interesting how much do those cost and what does it involve anyone know? I hope the spy training doent involve torture or something haha

Just go to eb games, get a $50 steam card(will only cost you $50 as well), and give the code to the friend who will be gifting the game to you. Or if they're actually going to give it to you for free, you will get the ROW version.

I decided to just buy the game myself when I get money. I don't even use co-op in SR games.
